Preparing healthy meals for school

It’s the time again to gear up the kids for the back-to-school season. But, other than books, notebooks and supplies, you need to make sure your kids eat nourishing meals and drink healthy beverages to ensure that they perform well in school.

A great way to do this is by preparing nutritious snacks and health-boosting drinks and packing them in the newest “baon” containers from Tupperware Brands that are guaranteed to keep food and beverages fresh all the time.

Kids will surely love eating their snack during recess with My Scene and Hotwheels’ Tumbler and Handibowl. Prepare delicious sandwiches or bake healthy cookies and pack them in the Tupperware Handibowl with its virtually air-tight and liquid-tight seal that’s sure to keep your kid’s snacks delicious and fresh. The efficient Tupperware seals will also ensure food stays safe and protected from ants and other insects. Put your child’s favorite chocolate drink or milk in the Tupperware Tumbler to make sure your child takes healthy drinks instead of softdrinks. The Tupperware Tumbler seal is leak-proof and has an easy-open spout that minimizes spills.

For active and sporty young adults who are always on the go, make sure that they stay well-hydrated after every game. Prepare water or juice in Tupperware’s new Beverage Bottle with a liquid-tight flip top cap that ensures spill proof pouring. It has a slim base and easy grip perfect for outdoor activities. It also has a detachable bottom cap that can be used for drinking or storing little items like coins and locker keys.

For students who have a whole slew of activities from school to extra-curricular activities, prepare a complete meal to make sure they get the nourishment they need to face all the challenges of their extended school schedule. To make sure their meals and snacks stay fresh, pack them in the new Tupperware Lunch Kit which consists of the virtually air-tight Lunch Box where healthy meals can be placed, and the Little Bowl where bite-sized snacks like fruits for recess or dessert can be stored.

With these back-to-school essentials from Tupperware, you can be sure your children get the care and nourishment they need when their away from home and facing the challenges of the back-to-school season.
